Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the iSalesAI billing platform (the "Service"), operated by iSalesAI. By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including actions taken by team members you invite. Notify us immediately at hello@isalesai.com.my if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans, seats and limits

Each plan includes limits on team members, companies, customers, products and documents created per billing month. The Service enforces these limits. Upgrading takes effect immediately with prorated charging; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Billing and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor. Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise and exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until settled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your workspace remains on the paid plan until the end of the paid period, after which it moves to the free plan. You may export or print your documents before cancelling.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all data you enter, including customer records, products and documents. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring your documents comply with Malaysian invoicing, SST and record-keeping requirements.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for fraudulent, illegal or misleading invoicing;
• attempt to access another workspace's data or bypass plan limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or overload the Service;
• upload malicious code or unlawful content.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and update features from time to time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSalesAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of every document you issue.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a workspace that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or has unpaid charges. You may delete your workspace at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
